No. We are a pure sourcing service intermediary. We never buy, resell or hold goods, and we never take commissions, rebates or kickbacks from factories. Our only income is the fixed project fee you pay for our service.
Through one transparent fixed project fee, agreed in writing before work starts. Fees are quoted per package — Single Factory Sourcing (USD 549), Repeat Order Coordination (USD 149/order) or Three Sourcing Sessions (USD 1,399) — and never scale with your order value.

No — this is a pure sourcing service. We focus on factory screening, EXW price benchmarking, MOQ verification and buyer-factory coordination. Compliance, certification and customs clearance are the importer’s responsibility: as importer of record, you bear full legal and financial responsibility for import and regulatory compliance.
No. We are a screening and coordination service: we do not warrant factory capacity, product quality, material consistency, lead time or supplier performance, and we do not guarantee production accuracy, delivery or customs clearance. Those risks sit with the factory and with you as importer.
Sourcing is a screening-and-matching service, not a guaranteed deal. You receive a shortlist with capacity, MOQ, price range and certification overview, and you decide whether to proceed. If none of the factories fit, we can discuss adjusting the screening direction — but the screening work already completed still covers its cost, which is why the deposit is non-refundable. You are paying for the screening service itself, not for a guaranteed outcome.
A single factory sourcing session typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on product complexity and how fast factories respond. Your proposal always states the timeline in writing.
50% deposit on signing (non-refundable — it covers upfront research, factory vetting, benchmark analysis and labour), and 50% balance on written acceptance of deliverables. Fees are fixed in USD, and bank / transfer costs are borne by the client.
Deliverables are sent by email and cloud drive, so you can review them anywhere. The acceptance window is 3 business days; if you need extra time, just tell us in advance and we can extend by 1–2 days. We keep the clear rule but stay flexible when you communicate early.
You receive anonymised factory overviews (capacity, MOQ, price range, basic qualification data) after signing and deposit. Full factory name, address and official contacts are released within 3 business days after the balance is paid — that commitment is written into our Service Agreement.
After signing and the deposit, you receive an anonymised factory overview — capacity, MOQ, price range and basic qualification data — enough for a first assessment. You only pay the 50% balance once you are satisfied with that overview and ready to receive the full factory details. You are never asked to pay blindly: you see the value first, then release the balance. Full factory contacts follow within 3 business days.
Anything outside the package scope — new factory searches, new product research, or extra coordination work — is charged separately at USD 80/hour (minimum 0.5 hours per request), with itemised timesheets on request.
Yes — Package 2: Single Repeat Order Coordination at USD 149 per order, valid for the same factory and product category within 12 months of project acceptance. It covers market-data-based price negotiation and markup prevention, production lead-time locking and progress supervision, full-cycle communication coordination, production tracking with one formal update, and routine order mediation.
New product development, sampling, mould changes and specification revisions are not included, and neither are quality inspection, factory audits, third-party testing or quality dispute resolution. We give no guarantee of factory quality, production accuracy or shipment compensation.
No — each session is strictly one factory and one product, exactly like a single Package 1 project. The three sessions are independent: you can use them for up to three different factories or three product lines (or spread them over time), and each session delivers the complete Package 1 results.
The factory introduction is the core value of our sourcing fee. Bypassing our service to transact directly or indirectly with introduced factories within 3 years of project completion is circumvention and triggers compensation of 200% of the package fee (minimum USD 1,000) under our Service Agreement.
The clause protects the time and cost we invest up front — screening factories, verifying capacity and benchmarking prices — it is not meant to restrict you. If you reorder the same product, our USD 149 repeat-order service keeps your price fair and prevents arbitrary factory mark-ups. So the rule helps you keep getting value from our work while we continue to support you. We want a long-term working relationship, not a trap.

Disputes first go through 15 business days of good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter goes to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA, seated in Qianhai) under its rules, conducted in English, and the agreement is governed by Hong Kong SAR law. SCIA is an internationally recognised arbitral institution whose rules are designed to give both parties a fair, neutral process. We are happy to answer any questions about the process before you sign.
